Ownership and Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years old and the registered owner of the vehicle, or legally authorized to sell it.
- You must provide original, valid government-issued photo ID and proof of ownership at pickup.
- The vehicle must be free of liens, or the lien must be cleared as part of the sale.
- We may decline to buy a vehicle where ownership can't be verified.
Pickup
- Free towing applies within the service area listed on the website. Locations outside it must be confirmed before booking.
- You're responsible for making sure there is legal and safe access to the vehicle, including permission needed from a landlord, condo board, employer or storage facility.
- Remove all personal belongings and licence plates before the vehicle is loaded. We aren't responsible for items left in the vehicle.
- Pickup times are estimates and may change because of weather, traffic or other jobs. We'll let you know if we're running late.
Payment
Payment is made at pickup by e-transfer or another traceable method, before the vehicle is loaded, in line with applicable Alberta scrap-metal transaction rules.
