Junk Car Removal in Edmonton, Free and Paid
Most junk car removal in Edmonton should cost you nothing, and if the car has any value, you should be the one getting paid. That's how we work. We come to wherever the car is, load it, haul it away and pay you for it. No towing charge, no disposal fee.

Where We Remove Junk Cars From
Driveways and streets
The easy ones. If it's parked on the street, check the City's parking rules. A car left too long on a residential street can be ticketed and towed to an impound lot, and then you're paying fees instead of getting paid.
Back alleys
Many older neighbourhoods like Bonnie Doon, Westmount, Inglewood and Parkdale have narrow back lanes and rear garages. Our flatbeds are used to tight turns and power lines.
Backyards
If the car was driven in through a gate years ago, we'll figure out how to get it out. Measure the gate width if you can.
Garages
Single garages are fine. We winch the car out onto the driveway, then onto the truck.
Underground parkades
Condo and apartment parkades often have a clearance of around 2 metres, too low for a regular tow truck. We use dollies to move the car to street level or bring a low-profile unit. Let us know the clearance and get permission from your building manager.
Acreages, farms and fields
Old vehicles in a shelterbelt or behind a shop are common around Edmonton. Soft ground in spring can be a problem, so we'll plan the visit for when the field is firm or frozen.
Before We Arrive: A Short Checklist
- Remove personal items, including the glove box and trunk
- Take off your licence plates (they're yours to keep in Alberta)
- Find the keys if you have them
- Have your registration and original photo ID ready
- Clear a path if there's snow, junk or another car in the way
- Remove any toll or parking transponders and garage door openers
- Cancel or transfer your insurance after the car is gone
Equipment We Bring
Flatbed tow trucks with winches, wheel dollies for cars with locked or missing wheels, go-jacks for moving cars sideways in tight spaces, and shovels and ice chippers in winter. You don't need to do anything to get the car ready to move.
What Happens to the Car After Removal
If it's repairable, it may be fixed. If not, working parts are pulled and sold, fluids are drained and recycled, and the shell goes to a licensed shredder. Nothing gets dumped.

How quickly can you remove it?+
Usually the same day or the next day.
My car has a City notice on it. Can you help?+
Yes. Call us as soon as you get it so we can remove the car before the deadline.
